How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are shipped within 1 business day. Standard delivery in Australia takes 3-4 days to metro areas, longer to regional areas. Express delivery takes 1-2 days to metro and longer to regional areas. Shipping times may vary due to Australia Post service changes and interruptions.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we do! We ship small items to some countries outside of Australia. The fixed fee for international shipping is $30 AUD. Countries we ship to include NZ, UK, USA, Canada, Singapore, and most countries in Europe. Shipping times will vary. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote at hello@divine-wellbeing.com

Imported goods to your country may attract a customs duty. Any fee payable is the responsibility of the purchaser.

What is your return policy? 

At Divine Wellbeing, we care about your satisfaction. If you want to return an item, please do so within 21 days of placing your order. If you change your mind, you'll have to pay for the return shipping, but we'll give you a store credit for the item's value. If you think there's something wrong with the item or it's faulty, get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving it. If we agree that it's our mistake or a faulty product, we'll cover the cost of return shipping and give you a full refund, exchange, or store credit. We can't accept returns of opened or tampered consumable products, unless you believe they're faulty.
